Which costs are associated with an employed DPP?

One-time payments:

  • Provision of an employee: 1,500 CZK (includes a preparation of the employment DPP contract),
  • Registration of the company for employee’s income tax: 1.500 CZK,
  • Registration of the employee at the labor exchange: 600 CZK,
  • Registration of the employee in Kooperativa: 600 CZK,
  • Submission of an annual personal income tax for the employee: 1.500 CZK,
  • Administrative work of a DPP employee - 700,- CZK/hour

In case of employment of a Czech citizen, registration and payment for registration on the labor exchange will not be required.

Monthly payments:

  • 240 CZK for payroll administration of a DPP employee;
  • 450 CZK monthly employee tax (personal income tax on the salary of 3.000 CZK), depends on the salary desired by the client (15%, maximum salary 10.000 CZK per month).

Costs associated with the dismissal of an employee:

  • dismissal of DPP employee + application for dismissal to the labor exchange – 1000 CZK;
  • application to the Tax Office to terminate the registration of a company as a payer of income tax for the employee – 1000 CZK.

  • Tax consultation – from 1,500 CZK / hour
  • CPA consultation – from 3,000 CZK / hour
  • Administrative assistance, per hour – from 1,000 CZK
